Our innovative, cutting edge and technology driven automated Forecourt is one of the important components of our quality management systems. This offers system controlled dispenser sales at each of our stations and thus ensures prompt turnaround delivery service time for all customers.
All sales transactions are monitored by designated personnel at the back office during the sales operation, logged automatically and stored securely on site and at head office. Each transaction can be tracked and traced, which is tailored at ensuring value for money for customers and a basis for client/customer dispute resolution .
Fuel price changes are pushed remotely from the head office to each individual pump at our stations, which guarantees non manipulation of pump price or unauthorized change.
Integrity of all fuelling units at Fatgbems is of utmost importance to us. Our automated system has inbuilt capabilities to detect meter drifts and dispense errors automatically, thereby promptly isolating and flagging such pumps for maintenance.
Each transaction is automatically time stamped and tagged to a Customer Service Officer, Pump ID, Product, Litres and Amount. A customer in doubt may request to see his/her transaction record at any point in time which is also in-line with our On-Line Sales Monitoring facility.
